侯筱宇,女,1970年4月出生,博士,現任徐州醫學院基礎醫學部生物化學教研室副主任、生物化學與分子生物學研究中心副主任、徐州醫學院腦病信號轉導與蛋白質組學重點實驗室副主任,省級重點學科學術帶頭人,副教授,碩士生導師。中國藥科大學藥物分析專業本科生,獲理學學士學位。江蘇省徐州醫藥中等專科學校任教。徐州醫學院生物化學與分子生物學專業碩士研究生,獲理學碩士學位。中國科學院上海藥物研究所神經藥理學專業博士研究生,獲理學博士學位。榮獲2004年度省優秀青年科學家提名獎、省“333工程第三成次培養對象、省高校“青藍工程”優秀青年骨幹教師培養對象。榮獲第十屆“徐州市十大傑出青年”稱號。現任生物化學教研室副主任、省腦病生物信息重點實驗室主任,主持1項國家自然科學基金資助項目、省級科研課題2項,獲教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫資助,已發表SCI收錄15篇。

研究方向

主要從事缺血性腦中風分子機制及其防治的研究。先後主持了國家級和部省級項目,並參加了多項國家級和部省級項目的研究。主要研究成果:(1)系統的研究了海馬、紋狀體腦區在缺血時堆積的大量多巴胺與鈣調素蛋白激酶Ⅱ活性抑制的關係,闡明了缺血時多巴胺參與鈣調素蛋白激酶Ⅱ活性的抑制作用,多巴胺受體(包括D1和D2樣受體)介導了酶活性的抑制。經江蘇省科學技術情報研究所查新中心所出示的查新報告表明:國內外均無同類報導。經專家鑑定,達“國內領先和國際先進水平”。(2)系統的研究了腦缺血後兩種鈣通道―NMDA受體和L-型電壓門控鈣通道在酪氨酸水平上的調控機制。繪製了完整的腦缺血兩種鈣通道相互對話的信號轉導通路圖,發表於BrainResearch。在此研究過程中,發現了腳手架蛋白PSD-95新的調控機制及其可能的相互作用蛋白質,因此先後獲國家自然科學基金委員會和教育部的資助。(3)發現一種中草藥提取物SY-21具有抑制鈣通道酪氨酸磷酸化的藥理作用,具有水溶性、在缺血後用藥仍有顯著的神經保護作用等特點,大有進一步研製開發的前景。發表論文17篇,其中13篇被SCI收錄。獲江蘇省科技進步三等獎一項。先後榮獲“徐州市首屆青年科技獎”、“江蘇省高校‘青藍工程’優秀青年骨幹教師”、“江蘇省‘333工程’第三層次培養對象”、“江蘇省青年科學家獎”(提名獎)。
