In the first paragraph，I feel the first sentence reads so strange，because “on and off the job”is a condition and a cut-in I think。So I reorganize the sentence like this：no matter on and off the job，the quality of life is more important to today `s workers than ever before。According with the population structure，the population of the old increase by LEAPS and bounds。By contrast，the increasing of the young keeps balance with before。That means the stress of the feeding old people seems heavy to young man，it comes in flocks and results in the young cannot catch their breath。Because one young man usually need to feed almost two couples，or 4 old people。At that rate，a part of young people may suspend payment。The final consequence leads a postponement in economy area。
In the second paragraph，I puzzle over the three words---Bored，boredom and boring。Boredom means the feeling of being tired and uninterested。And the rest two words seems like the same，because they are both adjective and same meaning，but different using ways。Bored usually adopts in front of the preposition or behind the verb。Boring usually adopt in front of a noun。So we can say：someone is bored with his boring job or someone looks bored。
Changing your job as you like that sounds so unbelievable to me，today `s working environment will not allow a employee who always throw up one job and take n anther。Position is limit for people who need a reasonable job，or that will not of joint。But different company is cast in a different mold。
