薛凱琪（Fiona，1981年8月—），香港小天后、著名歌手、演員，畢業於香港城市大學。音樂作品有《Better me》、《一個人失憶》、《唯愛》、《倒刺》、《糖不甩》等；影視作品有《新不了情》、《畫皮》、《白色謊言》、《青魘》等。
2003年加入華納唱片公司；2004年開始加入樂壇，共派出六首歌曲，其中《奇洛李維斯回信》為眾人最熟悉的。於fiona而言，《奇洛李維斯回信》的功不可沒，唱到‘街知巷聞’乃全港人所共知。05年基努里維斯（奇洛李維斯）赴港宣傳大片《地獄神探》，香港電視台方面更親自安排fiona對其進行採訪，以圓回信之夢。她亦於同年4月8日發行了第一張大碟《'F' Debut》。
