D2B，是2005年形成的，在設計管理領域促進研究與案例分析的出版和傳播，同時針對學術與產業從業人員的聽眾，會議由歐洲和亞洲的教育機構主辦。D2B是在補充主動拓展新興國家和發達經濟體合作。
