In my view, the company should respect the value of individual which lead the employees want to be a valued part of the whole. Absolutely, the employees must work hard and have high quality and efforts. As we know, company is a organization with the main target is gain profit ceaselessly. One employee who that without the motivation and moral is not qualified definitely. Compaq computers’ example has shown it completely. It’s eliminated the inability employees, and keeps the high quality workers which are taken the responsibity for the company, but also for the employees.
