Quality of life means live in happiness. Right, most adult cost most of time in work, so the most happiness received from work. And the work become more and more important, follow the development. People straggle to bring about achievement and needs from the work. So many corporation managers improve personnel’s wages to avoid employees to get a new employment, but it is unavailable.
The most changer is cause of want to opportunities to expand their knowledge and experience.
I think the better way to avoid that is get employees many chance to change their work in corporation. And can get more training for employees.
