本書是《高分子材料專業英語》的第二版，是高職高專高分子材料專業的專業英語教材。全書共分為六大部分（PARTA～PARTF），內容包括高分子材料的基本知識（Introduction），塑膠添加劑（PlasticsAdditives）和各種樹脂（Resins），橡膠配合劑（RubberCompoundingIngredients）和各種生膠（RawRubbers）以及高分子材料的成型加工（PolymerProcessing）。書後附有合成橡膠的命名（TheNomenclatureofSyntheticElastomers），高聚物縮寫（AcronymsofPolymers）和高分子科學術語的辭彙表（GlossaryofPolymerEngineering）。
