蘭劍 ,男,漢族,1983年12月出生於四川,工學博士(清華大學,2010年1月),西安交通大學教授、博士生導師。現任IEEE航空航天與電子系統彙刊副主編(,,陝西省青聯委員 ,中國航空學會信息融合分會委員、陝西省自動化學會青年工作委員會委員 。 工作單位:西安交通大學電信學院信息工程科學研究中心(CIESR)

人物經歷

2010年博士畢業於清華大學自動化系(導師:慕春棣教授),2008~2009 國家公派留學至美國紐奧良大學電子工程系(合作導師:X. Rong Li,研究講座教授)。2010年起進入西安交通大學,同時加入李曉榕教授“千人計畫”科研團隊,目前擔任教授、博士生導師,在電信學院信息工程科學研究中心(CIESR)從事科研教學工作 。

現為西安交通大學電信學院信息工程科學研究中心(CIESR)教授、博士生導師,擔任中國航空學會信息融合專業委員會委員 ,陝西省自動化學會青年工作委員會委員。

研究方向

信息融合理論與技術,包括非線性估計與濾波、機動目標/多目標/擴展目標跟蹤、導航與制導理論及技術、聯合決策與估計、狀態估計及融合、性能評估等。

套用領域:雷達/聲吶/圖像目標(飛機/艦船/車輛/行人)跟蹤與識別、空中/地面智慧型交通系統、自主駕駛系統、車載/艦載/機載/手持衛星/慣性導航系統、多感測器數據融合系統、智慧型穿戴設備、複雜系統故障診斷/隔離/補償及性能評估等。

主要貢獻

科學研究

長期從事信息融合理論與技術,包括非線性估計與濾波、機動目標/多目標/擴展目標跟蹤、導航與制導理論及技術、聯合決策與估計、狀態估計及融合、性能評估等方面的研究工作 。以課題負責人身份主持國家自然科學基金、國防973專題、總裝預研基金、航空科學基金、教育部博士點基金等多個科研項目。迄今已在IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing (TSP),IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronics Systems (TAES),IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems(TSMC),IEEE Signal Processing Letters,Chinese Journal of Electronics,International Conference on Information Fusion (FUSION)等權威期刊和重要會議上發表近四十篇SCI/EI檢索論文( 其中30%發表在頂尖的IEEE彙刊上) 。

其研究工作受到國內外學術界同行的廣泛認可,現任IEEE航空航天與電子系統彙刊副主編(IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, Associate Editor) ,受邀擔任國家自然科學基金評審人,同時任IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronics Systems (TAES),IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing(TSP), IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control(TAC),IEEE Signal Processing Letters,Journal of Advances in Information Fusion,Information Fusion,自動化學報、航空學報、International Conference on Information Fusion (FUSION) 等多個國內外權威期刊和重要會議審稿人 。
