作者簡介
宗端華，英國語文學學士，世界歷史學碩士，成都大學外國語學院副教授。先後主講英美文學史、英美文選、英語寫作及大學英語等課程，主研方向為英美文學（史）及文學翻譯。先後發表論/譯著三十餘篇（部）。有影響的作品主要有：《軍情6處》（歷史文學譯著）、《七層樓》（文學譯著）、《中國名勝古蹟精華雙語要覽》（編著）、《英語寫作語言與技巧》（編著）、《不是金子也發光一一非標準英語在英美文學作品中的妙用》（論文）、《文學非標準英語漢譯初探》、《斯賓諾莎“民主政治”中的專制主義傾向》（論文）等。
李萍，成都大學外國語學院教授。主要研究領域為：文化與國際傳播、語用學、套用翻譯理論與實踐。2009年在澳大利亞國立大學學習。
近年來發表中英文論文三十餘篇。其中在核心刊物發表中英專業論文十二篇；主編或參編已出版的編著、教材、習題集、字典、專集十餘本。近五年來，主持省、廳、市級科研與教改項目共9項，參與主持省、廳、市級科研與教改項目共15項。擔任了四川省級精品課程“英語視聽說”課程負責人與主講人。2010年獲得第六屆四川省高等教育教學成果獎二等獎。擔任過英語專業的多門主幹課程的主講教學，其閱讀教學與英語視聽說教學受到同行專家和學生的高度肯定和讚揚。
內容簡介
《城市會展:拓展英語閱讀教程》的編寫得到成都大學的鼎力支持，並被列為學校2008年度校級立項教材。本著立足地方、服務全國的宗旨，我們選取了以成都會展為主、以全國會展為限的教材編寫內容。根本目的就是想為英語學習者(英語專業或非英語專業學生)及涉外會展工作者提供一部實用的會展英語閱讀教材，提供相關資源連結的方向。
