周繼承,博士,教授,中南大學新能源科學與工程系主任。1985年本科畢業於華中科技大學(原華中工學院)電子科學與技術系,獲半導體物理與半導體器件物理工學學士學位;1988年研究生畢業於中國科學院上海微系統研究所(原上海冶金研究所),獲微電子學理學碩士學位;1999年博士畢業於中南大學(原中南工業大學)粉末冶金研究院,獲材料科學與工程博士學位;2005在英國劍橋大學卡文迪許實驗室做訪問教授。長期從事微納電子材料與器件領域的套用基礎研究與高層次人才培養工作。已獲國家發明專利9項;發表學術論文160餘篇,已培養碩士、博士40餘人。

個人資料

周繼承,男,1963年10月生,博士,教授, 博士生導師,中南大學能源科學與工程學院教授,博士生導師,新能源科學與工程系主任/太陽能研究所所長,英國劍橋大學留學回國人員。長期從事微納電子材料與器件領域的套用基礎研究與高層次人才培養工作。作為項目負責人或執行負責人完成了國家自然科學基金重大項目、863項目等課題10餘項。

目前,主要從事微細加工技術、光電材料與器件、太陽能光伏新材料與工藝技術方面的研究工作。已獲國家發明專利7項;發表學術論文140餘篇,其中被SCI、EI收錄100餘篇次;獲省部級科技成果三等獎1項,獲中國優秀博士後論文二等獎。已培養碩士、博士30餘人 。

學術兼職有:國家科學技術獎評獎委員會專家,全國優秀博士學位論文評審專家,中國電子學會可靠性分會委員,湖南省生產力學會理事,國際材料聯合會會員,等;社會兼職有:第九屆中國民主同盟湖南省科技工作委員會主任委員,第九、第十屆中國民主同盟湖南省委常委 ,政協湖南省委員會第九、第十屆委員,等。

工作經歷

2009/9-至今 中南大學能源科學與工程學院,教授,博士生導師,新能源科學與工程系主任/太陽能研究所所長,主要從事太陽能電池與系統、光電材料與器件領域的套用基礎研究與高層次人才培養。

2009/8-2000/5 中南大學物理與電子學院,教授,博士生導師,信息材料研究所所長,主要從事薄膜材料的製備與微納結構光電特性的計算機模擬等相關項目的套用基礎研究與高層次人才的培養工作。

1994/5-2000/4 中南大學(原長沙鐵道學院)信息科學與工程學院,講師,副教授,教授,材料研究所所長,主要從事微納結構光電特性的計算機模擬與功能材料的製備表征等相關項目的套用基礎研究與高層次人才的培養工作。
