作者介紹

喬納森·伯克(Jonathan Berk)加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校哈斯商學院財務學教授、美國國家經濟研究局(NBER)研究員、Joumal of Finance副主編,曾任高盛公司助理合伙人。他對財務金融的研究興趣涉及公司估值、資本結構、共同基金、資產定價、實驗經濟學和勞動經濟學。曾獲多個獎項,包括。The Review of Financial Studies的年度最佳論文、FAME研究獎等。
彼得·德瑪佐(Peter De Marzo)斯坦福商學院瑞穗金融集團財務學教授、NBER研究員。曾執教於哈斯商學院和凱洛格管理學院,還曾擔任The Review of Financial studies. Financial of Management. B.E. Joumals in Economic Analysis and Policy等期刊的副主編,西部金融協會理事、胡佛研究所(Hoover Institution)國家會員。兩度榮獲斯坦福斯隆卓越教學獎,1998年獲得加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校Earl F. Cheit傑出教學成就獎。研究領域涉及公司財務、資產證券化、契約以及市場結構和管制。
