Happiness
It is a little difficult for me to comprehend from paragraph six to paragraph ten. There are too many new words protect me from continue reading particularly, I can’t fully make of this complex sentence: one could reason that pessimists, whose low expectations are so often exceeded, would constantly be surprised by joy. (in paragraph 9)
Basically, I quite agree with the author’s view about this article. The mentioned in the passage that “four traits are typical of happy people” I object to the first trait. In my opinion, the happy people intend to like themselves moderately. Like themselves over leads to disgust others a rounding them, then the friends get away, thus, they become lonely lose the happiness, in east’s view.
Through these paragraphs, author wants to warn us that substance standard is not the only way for seeking happiness. On condition that you has healthy body and mind, finding happiness is so easy.
