王琛柱

王琛柱,男,博士,中國科學院動物研究所研究員,博士生導師。2009年國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者。中國科學院研究生院教授,農業蟲害鼠害綜合治理研究國家重點實驗室副主任,學術委員會副主任,昆蟲行為生理學和生物化學研究組組長。

1985年獲山西農業大學學士學位

1988年和1991年分別獲北京農業大學(現中國農業大學)碩士、博士學位。

1991-1993年中國科學院動物研究所博士後

1993年任中國科學院動物研究所副研究員

1997年任研究員至今

曾赴美國University of Arizona、荷蘭Wageningen University、英國University of Cambridge等機構進行訪問和合作研究 。

研究領域

昆蟲與植物的相互作用和昆蟲的化學通信。以我國重要農業害蟲廣食性的棉鈴蟲和專食性的煙青蟲為研究對象,揭示兩個近緣種寄主選擇和信息素通信的生理、生化和遺傳機理。首次在室內建立種間雜交體系,闡明了棉鈴蟲與煙青蟲的生殖隔離機制;系統研究了寄主植物-棉鈴蟲-齒唇姬蜂間的防禦與反防禦、適應與反適應的關係。現主要以鈴夜蛾屬二近緣種,棉鈴蟲Helicoverpa armigera和煙青蟲Helicoverpa assulta為研究對象,綜合利用分子生物學、生物化學、電生理學、行為學的方法和技術,研究1)鈴夜蛾與寄主植物相互作用及其協同進化;2)鈴夜蛾性信息素通訊的生理和遺傳基礎;3)多分DNA病毒介導的棉鈴蟲齒唇姬蜂Campoletis chlorideae對棉鈴蟲的免疫適應機制 。
