桑達深圳桑達電子集團有限公司是由中國電子信息產業集團公司（CEC）和中國電子財務有限
公司共同出資組建的國有大型企業，擁有子公司11家，參股企業4家，資產總額40多億元，
擁有員工5000餘人。
深圳桑達電子有限公司的前身是電子工業部駐深辦事處，始建於1983年。1987年成立深
圳桑達電子總公司。
1995年被國有資產管理局評為國企500強。1999年被評為廣東省技術創新優勢企業。2000年
被國家經貿委等單位授予國家技術中心稱號。2003年，在廣東省百強企業中排名第56位。
在中國企業500強中排名第378位，並連續14年被評為中國電子百強企業。
