Best Friend Forever直譯：永遠的最好的朋友，BFF多用於口語。 另一含義為永遠的男朋友（BoyFriendForever）, 為網路新詞。
已被第四版《新英漢詞典》收錄在“網路與簡訊常用縮略語”附錄中。
