顧修全簡介

Z. Z. Z.

顧修全，1982年生於安徽金寨。2004年7月畢業於安徽師範大學物理系，獲理學學士學位。同年考入浙江大學材料科學與工程系研究生，並於2006年3月提前攻讀博士學位，進入浙江大學矽材料國家重點實驗室，研究方向為半導體薄膜材料與器件。2008年2月至2009年3月，在香港城市大學物理及材料科學系朱劍豪課題組從事納米材料與納米器件相關研究工作。近3年來以第一作者身份發表論文8篇，其中被SCI收錄7篇，取得國家發明專利兩項。
