比奇洛（Frank Hagar Bigelow，1851 —1924）
弗蘭克·黑格·比奇洛，美國氣象學家。生於1851年9月10日，卒於1924年3月2日。1891—1910年在美國氣象局任職。曾發表有關大氣循環的論文。1910—1921年在阿根廷從事氣象學研究工作。
著作：《關於地球和太陽大氣循環與輻射的氣象學論文》（Ameteorological treatise on thecirculation and radiation inthe atmosphere of the earth and the sun， 1915）。
