李陶[幹細胞工程技術領域科學家]

李陶,男,1957年生,日本東京大學農業生物學博士,曾在日本岩手生物工學研究中心、美國史丹福大學醫學院擔任研究員,曾任深圳市幹細胞工程技術研究開發中心主任、深圳北科生物科技有限公司研發部總監、IPS首席科學家,在Science、Cell Stem Cell等國際一流學術刊物上發表30多篇原創論文,其中影響因子5.0以上的文章近20篇,在Science上發表的論文影響因子達到31.9,發明專利9項,對於幹細胞的研究在國內外均有較高的影響和學術地位。[1]

李陶博士從事生物醫學理論研究及產業轉化近30年,先後服務多家國際知名科研機構和行業龍頭企業,率先對臍帶間充質幹細胞進行基因改造,解決了多個關鍵性工藝環節中的重大技術難題。

李陶博士在工程化幹細胞系的構建和新型腫瘤治療技術開發、腫瘤靶向治療新靶點的篩查等新產品、新技術領域的研究水平和研究成果都處於國際前列。

近期以來,依託生命原點公司承建的河北省幹細胞庫和河北省細胞組織低溫生物保存套用工程技術研究中心兩大研發平台,李陶帶領團隊在幹細胞工程技術開發及臨床轉化研究領域取得重大進展,率先建立了臍帶間充質幹細胞工程化技術平台,構建了多個基因修飾的臍帶間充質幹細胞系,完成了工程化幹細胞移植治療急性肝衰、肝硬化的藥效學研究及治療系統性紅斑狼瘡、心肌梗塞的臨床前有效性研究,為臍帶間充質幹細胞製劑的開發、規模化生產製備及臨床套用攻克了多個關鍵性工藝難題,相關核心技術正在申請國家發明專利。[4]
