范志強[長沙理工大學副教授]

范志強,男,1982年2月生,漢族,中共黨員。2005年6月畢業於湖南大學套用物理系,2010年在該校取得凝聚態物理博士學位,隨後進入長沙理工大學任教。

范志強,男,漢族,中共黨員,1982年2月出生,博士,講師。2005年畢業於湖南大學套用物理系,獲學士學位,2007年由湖南大學凝聚態物理碩士提前攻讀凝聚態物理博士學位,2010年獲湖南大學凝聚態物理專業博士學位,博士論文《分子器件負微分電阻效應和整流效應的理論研究》被評為湖南大學優秀博士論文。畢業後進入長沙理工大學物理與電子科學學院任教,現為大學物理實驗中心副主任,主講大學物理、固體物理、理論力學、大學物理實驗課程等課程。

主要研究方向:納米材料的電子特性調控與套用研究;功能納米分子器件的理論模擬與設計研究。

科研項目:主持國家自然科學基金3項,湖南省自然科學基金2項,湖南省教育廳科學基金2項。參與國家自然科學基金2項,高校博士點專項基金1項,湖南省教育廳科學基金1項,湖南省科技廳基金1項。

在Adv. Funct. Mater., Org. Electron., Appl.Phys.Lett., Carbon, J.Phys.Chem.C等國際著名刊物上發表有影響的SCI收錄論文30餘篇。
