心通脹(core inflation)
Core inflation is a measure of inflation which excludes certain items that face volatile price movements, notably food and energy.
It's more stable than CPI because core inflation eliminates products that can have temporary price shocks (i.e. energy, food products). Core inflation is thus intended to be an indicator and predictor of underlying long-term inflation.
所謂核心通脹率,就是指消費價格指數中剔除食品和能源價格變化之後的價格變化率。考慮食品和能源價格變化較為頻繁、變化幅度較大、受供給方面因素影響較大的特點,剔除他們的影響有利於更為準確的判斷價格總水平和社會總供求平衡狀況。
