孫衛東,男,1960年出生,教授,博士生導師,1960年4月29日生於山東省單縣。

簡介

孫衛東,男,1960年出生,教授,博士生導師,1960年4月29日生於山東省單縣。1982年畢業於山東大學,1988年獲日本東京大學博士學位。1988年曾任日本東京大學博士研究員,1992年、1997年、1998年曾任日本東京大學客座研究員,1995年曾任日本帝京大學客座研究員。1988年至1999年曾就職於中國科學技術大學電子工程與信息科學系,曾任教授、信息處理中心主任,曾兼任科大-華為信息技術研究所副所長、網路與系統集成研究所副所長、系學術委員會委員。1999年7月起就任清華大學電子工程系遙感研究室教授。

1993年曾任IEEE地球物理與遙感國際會議分會主席,1994年至1999年曾兼任中國電子學會青年工作委員會委員,1998年至1999年曾兼任安徽省空間遙感學會理事,2000年曾兼任國家863計畫“西部金睛行動”總體組常務成員,2000年曾兼任“十五”國家863計畫信息領域信息獲取與處理技術主題規劃組成員,2001年至2004年曾兼任國家863計畫信息獲取與處理技術主題專家組成員,2002年曾任中歐信息技術論壇分會主席,2003年至2005年曾兼任國家發改委“農產品信息獲取與處理技術”專家組成員。現兼任若干國家級計畫與獎勵評審專家、國內外20餘個學術期刊審稿人。

主要從事數字圖像處理、衛星遙感圖像處理等方面的研究工作,並獲得了一些具有較高理論價值及實際套用價值的研究成果,在IEEE Trans. on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、自動化學報、計算機輔助設計與圖形學學報等刊物上發表學術論文160餘篇,申請發明專利12項、已授權6項,編譯著2部。先後主持與承擔多項國家自然科學基金、國家863、國家科技支撐等科研項目。

成就

1985~1988年,曾於日本東京大學從事衛星遙感圖像處理的研究,提出了可適用於實時高精度處理的“橢圓體模型幾何較正法”、“基於衛星軌道衛星姿勢參數推測的幾何較正法”和“基於HIRS/2大氣空間分布數據的AVHRR溫度分布圖像大氣效應校正法”,主持開發了具有國際領先水平的“NOAA衛星圖像實時接收及處理系統”。1990年以來,先後主持了6項國家自然科學基金項目、863項目6項、國家科技支撐項目子課題2項,提出了“基於圖像間相關特性的遙感圖像解析度提升”、“面向NDVI動態變化監測的相對大氣效應校正”、“基於等溫線自動連線的遙感圖像雲域影響消除”、“多感測器信息綜合雲域影響消除”、“基於小波變換的多源遙感圖像融合”、“清華1號小衛星圖像噪聲消除”、“基於雷射與可見光數據的室外場景三維重建”、“基於高程誤差修正的MODIS數據幾何精校正”、“基於多解析度遙感數據的複合分類”、“基於條件隨機場模型的多解析度遙感圖像複合分類”、“基於特徵端元提取的像元分解”、“基於最小距離限制的非負矩陣高光譜圖像像元分解”、“用於高光譜圖像端元提取的分層查找”、“目標光譜指導下的高光譜圖像混合像元分解”、“基於貝葉斯非負矩陣分解的區域關聯型像元分解”、“基於相似性積累與光束法平差的機載視頻圖像拼接”、“基於結構自相似性與稀疏表示的遙感圖像超分辨重建”、“基於局部連續性與全局相似性的光譜保持型亞像元映射”、“基於多字典稀疏表示的遙感圖像亞像元映射”等方法,主持開發了實用性較強的“地球物理勘探綜合信息系統”、“古銅鏡圖像相似檢索與綜合管理系統”、“近景目標三維測量系統”及“非接觸式糧倉儲量三維雷射快速檢測系統”等套用系統。
